In January 1945, they hid Mr. and Mrs. van Kreveld and their baby in their home. The Jewish family stayed with the Bosgraafs until the end of the war. Annas parents, Henk and Nienske de Jong*, were also very active saving the lives of fugitives. On April 16, 1972, Yad Vashem recognized Frans Bosgraaf and his wife, Antje Bosgraaf-de Jong, as Righteous Among the Nations. |
